1) Project Title: BLOCKED INVOICES.

Role: Tester
Duration: March 2016 to December 2016
Responsibilities: Executing and Finding the issues manual testing of blocked invoice.

Description: Supplier invoice was a huge challenge to the buyers, in general it consumes 2 hours of
every buyer in a day, to avoid manual effort and increase the productivity the Block invoice application
was built. It automatically pulls the report and checks the reason for block and analyzes the issue and
take the necessary action on the invoice.

2) Tactical Buyer - Connectivity

 Working on Hands free process BSAP & ASAP which reduced hands on PO's
 Interact with internal clients on the requirement and understanding the requirement
 Assist operations buyers on Invoice issues and expedite payment
 Work with other commodity council team and source information/supplier
 Interact with the internal clients on pending contracts/POs weekly
 3) Operations & Process Specialist
 Correcting audit failure POs of the team which is sent by the Business controls and providing
action plans
 Interface with supplier’s personnel concerning all Quote related and PO related issues.
 Handling High Level Escalation for the team
 Resolving Invoice referrals and discrepancies
 Providing training to new joiners
 Aged PO management with Internal Clients.
 Ensure audit readiness of all Quotes and purchasing documents by Auditing Quotes and PO’s to
ensure 100% compliance
 Run report in SAP ( # of Po’s issued by the team / spend with supplier)
 Team up with sourcing and expedite the process.

4) Procurement Specialist
 Work on RFQ’s/RFI’s
 Working knowledge on Cisco tool (CCW and CSCC )
 Working Knowledge on SAP for creating and altering POs
 Review requisition requirements and work efficiently with requesters and/or client employees to
fulfill the requisition in the form of a Purchase Order to the appropriate Supplier.
 Determine source from Sourcing Feed Database (SFD) and contact supplier for price and delivery;
also consult SFD to understand commodity strategy and execute requisition requirements
according to established processes.
 Engage sourcing team on Non-strategic high value requirements

Project Report
Project Title : “GPS & GSM based system for prevention of drunken drive & over speeding
with auto informer”
 Numbers of accidents are increasing due to drunken drivers. The more a person drinks, the
more there to make crucial driving decisions becomes impaired
 After drinking a driver begin to lose their ability to perform the tasks necessary to drive car;
breaking, steering, changing lanes, and using judgment to adjust to changing road
conditions. A driver will become intoxicated and can be arrested for attempting to operate a
motor vehicle.
 So, there is a need to develop an efficient alcohol detection system which is mounted within
the vehicle and shall be made mandatory for every 4-wheeler vehicle by the governments.
 Such a system can be very useful in enforcing the alcohol limit law. Therefore an efficient
system is needed to indicate and display the drunken- drive and over speed and is further
essential to take necessary controls required, so as to avoid accidents.
