HITMAN DG850: Metal frame, crafted design

HITMAN DG850 is an artwork that is more than the sum of the latest technology. With the 40
technology processes and 193 precision steps process, the frame forms gradually. The design,
the precision machinery, the production process, the fusion of engineering and art, the pursuit
of the ultimate precision and quality gives a piece of 309g-steel a new life. After 32 hours of
crafting , one exquisite 19g frame emerges.

Forging and Molding

In the middle of the piece of steel, some holes are drilled. These hole are used for fixing
components in subsequent processes. In the next step, using 100 tons of brute force hydraulic
press to forge it, the preliminary appearance of the hold piece is given. And then the steel is
put through a annealing treatment process that will make it tough and resistant. The last step,
re-forging and cleaning, the entire process has a total of eight steps.
CNC Milling
58 milling machines, 8 CNC precision forging steps. First the focus on shaping the border, then
they cut off the antenna slot, the make a small inclined planned and the finish off other parts.
At last, a hole for the speakers and a hole for the 0.6mm headphone jack. The higher precision
of the CNC machinery is, the better the phone's quality. After each step, the CNC will be
rounded from "cleansing", "debarring" and "cleansing", to ensure that no residue can interfere
further processes.
Surface - polished processes
First, intense grinding, processing the entre frame's outer surface. Then the piece is cleaned
with polishing wax to remove residues. Finally, the polishing process continues until the
surface turns into a mirror.
Sandblasting to give the surface a baby- skin-feeling
In order to get the best hand feeling we could, we conducted a six-month experiment testing
the sandblasting process, we tested seven kinds of sand, trying four suppliers and trying more
than 100 blasting parameters. At first the piece is coated with ink, a protective layer will appear
after putting it through and oven. Then is blasted to smoothen the surface. Subsequently,
powered by compressed air, several blasting guns are used to round zirconium-silicon on the
border until the phone gets a nice touch feeling. In order to make sure that each DOOGEE
phone has the same touch feeling, we change the sand once every two days, with is more
frequently than other manufactures do.
Laser cutting to complete the frame
Finally, a laser is focused where the frame and the plate are connected to solder them to
complete the overall frame structure and to separate the frame and the waste. Then
technicians hand-polish the pieces to remove burrs and residues of each segment. A triple
quality inspection is done and then, the final product is ready to from the factory to customer's
pockets.
Raster back cover: IMT 9 layers cover, 0.06mm fine texture
The new IMT technology makes possible fusing together a 9-layer membrane to form a fine
cover only 0.8mm thick that is, just a 66% thick when compared to other products. The
DOOGEE DG850 slim back cover adopts a raster pattern texture, each stripe is made of a
0.06mm line, it shows different texture from different angles. The multilayer membrane is
covered of lines to reduce fingerprints.
High saturation Sharp screen: Ultra HD Display
5 inch high color saturation Sharp screen, 1280*720 resolution, NTSC color values up to 84%,
17% higher than the iphone 5S. The HITMAN DG850 comes with a ultra small screen frame,
only 1.18mm wide. Vivid photo color, clearer picture quality. When you put the DOOGEE

IPS technology
IPS (In-Plane Switching) technology is one of the most advanced LCD technologies, allowing
view angles up to 178 degrees, keeping the color unaltered the naked eye at any angle. It also
has other advantages, like for example, a fast response speed, clearer image, etc.
One-glass-full-lamination technology
The DOOGEE DG850 integrates touch panel and screen in one piece protecting the phones
screen more effectively. With full lamination technology the two pieces fit each other perfectly,
so making the phone thinner, improving transparency, and saving power. With IPS, blacks are
darker, bright colors are more vivid, is the perfect match for the IPS Retina screen.
Ultra-sensitive touch screen

The HITMAN DG850 incorporates gestures recognition that allows not only to wake the phone
