registered partnership of Kristine Ann Trinidad-dela Cruz and Jayron dela Cruz with SEC
Reg. no. PG201032124 and BIR TIN 724-152-212, is a startup company and has just
recently acquired its Certificate of Registration form no. 2303 from BIR last June 20, 2018
only and therefore has no ITR thus far to present.

I, Kristine Ann Trinidad-dela Cruz, Managing partner of ASSET BOX VENTURES PHILS.
CO. would like to request your kind office to accept this affidavit to suffice with equal merit
and relevance to our Import license application.
