How To Make A
Chicken Salad

This is a simple salad that many can make when being in a rush(takes
up to 5 min.), but is also healthy. Keep in mind that this salad can vary with
your specific craving such as changing the type of lettuce or adding
ingredients. On the other hand, this salad made above is the one I will be
teaching to do.

Ingredients And Things Needed

- -Any type of bowl

- -Tongs

- -Microwave

- -Timer

- - Spinach (a bowl)

- -Tomatoes (1/2 cup)

- - cucumbers(1/2 a cup)

- - Ranch (1/2 a cup)- Any type of protein(1 cup)( chicken or steak)

- Step 1: Go to any grocery store that sells spinach and or lettuce, spinach, tomatoes,
cucumbers, ranch( or any type of dressing), and chicken or steak.

- Step 2: Go home and wash your lettuce, cumbers, and tomatoes.

- Step3: Measure a cup full of chicken or steak and put it in the micro wave for 3 minutes.

- Step4: Get a bowl and wash your bowl.

- Step5: Pour the spinach into the bowl.

- Step6: Cut the cucumber and cut it into small pieces.

- Step7:Measure them to be an exact cup.

- Step8:Pour the cucumbers into the bowl.

- Step9: Cut the tomatoes.

- Step10: Measure them to be an exact cup.

- Step11: Pour them into the bowl.

- Step12: Next get the protein out of the microwave.

- Step13: Pour the protein into the the bowl.

- Step14: Get your tongues.

- Step15: Mix them together with the tongues.

- Step16: Add the dressing.

Things To Keep In Mind


-When you bring the protein out of the microwave it might be hot so take
caution and get the chicken out with a towel.

If you decide to get a glass bowl take caution and not dropping it, it may cut
any parts and may lead to bleeding.

-You can substitute or add any ingrates as desired.
