This is to bring to your kind notice that an Exhibition visit to Chennai trade centre is
scheduled on 25.06.2018 at Nandabakkam for the IIIyr students (Both sections students).
Hence, I request your permission to sanction this visit as a special case.

Students can utilize this visit for exhibitions, conferences, conventions, product
launches and for conducting trade, commerce and other industry-related events. Halls 1 and
2 are inter-lined by a large lobby, which has a passage with two rooms for the organizer. Hall
3 is connected with a vestibule that leads to the Convention Centre’s banquet hall. All the
Exhibition halls and Convention Centre are interconnected.

Once again, I kindly oblige you to permit for the above said reason and it will be
useful for the students in all reasons.
