JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF
TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, ALVIN M. INVENTOR and ROBERT P. BASAN, both Filipinos,

of legal ages, married and residents of Maa, Davao City, Philippines, having
been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

That we both personally know the person of EVELYN DANIEL

GUSTILO since we lived in the same locality for a long time, and her family
has been our close family friend;

That we also know and we hereby declare that the person DIOSDADA
M. DANIEL as found in the mother’s name of EVELYN DANIEL GUSTILO’s
Death Certificate and the person MARIA DANIEL as indicated in her
Marriage Certificate are but One and the Same Person;

That we are not related in any way, either by consanguinity or affinity,

to the said EVELYN DANIEL GUSTILO;

As such, we execute this Joint Affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and for any other legal purpose that this Affidavit may serve.
