1. INTRODUCTION

Eagle-Trade International is a German trading company specializing in the sale of advanced

technology from German and European machine builders. With over 20 years of trading
experience and machine deliveries and installations worldwide, we belong to the
established companies in this field.

In addition to the sale of technical equipment, we offer technical services through our
engineering office and can therefore act as a general contractor to provide "turn-key" projects.

In the African Countries, we are, represented by our office in Algeria and Mr. NEFFAH
Mostafa El Amine. His extensive knowledge and experience especially in the field of
generators enable us to realize challenging projects in this important field of energy supply.

On the following pages, you will find technical and commercial information for a 25 MW
Power Station. It consists of 15 x Diesel Gensets, which have been used as "Stand-by"
emergency generators. They are in excellent condition and as good as new. We offer the
complete 25 MW Power Station on "Turn-Key" basis at a very low price.

2- Description 25 MW Power Station FG WILSON Diesel Gensets

There is a complete 25 MW Power Station available, consisting of 15 x Diesel Gensets,

which has been used as Emergency Power Station in the past. Due to its low operation time
of 500 h max., the entire power station is in excellent condition and fully operational.

We offer the entire power station on "Turn-Key" basis at low price and any interested party
is, kindly asked to decide quickly as numerous inquiries have already been received.

3-SCOPE OF SUPLY

Including Following Technical Equipment:

- 15 x Gensets and step-up transformers
- Medium voltage switchgear (with 2 Line-incoming and 15 feeder breakers)
- All low and high voltage cabling (inside building, local requirements to be checked)
- Complete control system including aut/man synchronization and SCADA.
- All drawings of Building (structures, foundations, etc.) to allow to make a copy of
the existing plant.
- Exhaust system individual for each generator
- Ventilation Silencer System.

Including Following Services:

- Dismantling at current location
- Refurbishment and Packing for seafreight
- CFR shipping to Africa
- Installation, Start Up and Training of the technicians at site.
- Warranty 01 One Year with Technical Asssitance.

Excluding:
- Unloading at port of destination and domestic transport
- Unloading at final place of destination
- Cranes and tools for erection of the Power Station
- Building preparations, e.g. ground plate
- State and Custom Taxs.

·Rated prime power: 2000 kVA/1600 kW, 3x415V-50 Hz.
·Pauwels step-up transformers for each genset 3x415V/3x10,5 kV.
·LKE/Normafix medium voltage switchgear (with 2 Line-incoming and 15 feeder breakers).
·All low and high voltage cabling.
·Complete control system including aut/man synchronisation and SCADA.
·All drawings of Building (structures, foundations, etc.) included, allowing to build a copy
of the existing plant).
·Exhaust system individual for each generator.
·Ventilation silencer system.
