Sampling Units

One (1) no. of lime sampling units shall be provided complete at each limestone silos with all
accessories.

The sample shall be collected at silos with all accessories. The sample shall be collected at
silo and testing shall be done at LAB.

Necessary equipments/Instruments required for lime testing in the lab shall be provided.

FOLLOWING TEST REQUIRE

a) Free carriage and cutter movement, speed of cutter and dust door closing
and sealing shall be tested for samplers.

(b) “No load test” shall be carried out for crushers.

The Lime stone Lump size shall be considered as – 22.5 mm

The chemical analysis of Lime stone are as per Table – 1.2 attached

The belt width of Conveyor on silo top is 650 mm with 30 degree Trough angle.

Capacity of Conveyor is 167 TPH.
