Task 3: Analysis of the effects of the tested solutions

Objective: Analysis of testing process -grades and attendance among the students in the target
Group -analysis of process -sharing results with transnational partners
Meeting: Eskilstuna, November 2018 - Exchanging experiences. Analysis. Begin to discuss final
version of Mentoring model.

Task 4 Development of final version of the product (model, tools or solutions), activities and
recommendations related to the implementation of the project. Eskilstuna and Hameenlinna
01.01.2019 – 31.05.2019
Objective: Developing the final version of the Mentoring model, taking testing and analysis into
account - separately in each of the countries, but also transnationally. Provide activities supporting
the implementation of new effective model of mentoring into practice by each partner. Develop
recommendations for the institutions in order to ensure the effective application of the sustainability
of solutions developed in the transnational cooperation Project.
Meeting: Eskilstuna, March / April 2019 - Discuss final version of model, develop recommendations,
discuss further dissemination and final report. Dissemination activity: Seminar.

Task 5 Finalization phase. Dissemination and Final reports

Eskilstuna 01.06.2019 -30.09.2019, Hameenlinna 01.06.2019 – 31.08.2019.
Objective: Summing up the results. Dissemination of the project products and its results. Discuss
and write final reports.
