Dear Sir,
I am writing on behalf of my client Mr. Yazzer R. Salazar anent the
damage you caused to him and his property. Please be advised that
you have irreparably breached your agreement with my client to pay
him the amount of Forty Thousand Pesos representing the amount
needed for the repair of his car.

Please be reminded that to avoid court litigation, you agreed to pay my

client the above stated amount. Unfortunately, to date, you failed to
comply with your agreement with him despite repeated demands.
Hence, he was obliged to obtain the services of the undersigned
counsel and paid attorney’s fees in the amount of Twenty Five
Thousand Pesos (PhP 25,000.00).
Pursuant to law, payment on the agreed amount including the
attorney’s fees must be made immediately. If you do not pay, your
continued disregard to your obligation will be construed as willful and
in bad faith. Thus, you are hereby given ten (10) days from receipt
hereof to fulfill your obligation to pay. Otherwise, we will be construed
to file criminal and civil cases against you in Court to the fullest
extent of the law.
