In behalf of our Marketing Team and Company, we sincerely apologize for not delivering your orders on time. We
regretfully dismayed the inconvenience on your part because of our misdoing.
While it is not our intention to excuse, we would just like you to know what happened. During your scheduled
delivery, it was also at that particular day that our driver was unable to work because of his illness. So we were
forced to postpone and reschedule the delivery as soon as we have contacted his back-up assistant driver.
We assure you that this experience will not happen again. We hope that our business relationship will still continue
and grow.
