DISABLED STUDENTS
Dear Sir

Nabet India is a registered NGO based at Gurgaon that provides livelihood skills/training to
persons with disabilities (PWD) .Since its inception eight years ago it has trained over 1200
such people and has even found suitable employment for them.At NABET we add emphasis on
acquiring skills that enable employment. We introduce special softwares and assistive devices
that aid learning. Our courses are well researched, modern and technology driven. Our trainers
are professionals who have the ability to draw the best from persons with disabilities.

Nabet's very unique effort to provide livelihood skills has been acknowledged nationally and
globally too. Some of these are as under :

Need For Specialized Coaching ::

The Government of India offers 04% reservations to PWD candidates to fill in its vacancies.
However the government stats claim that only 1.7% of those vacancies are filled and the rest of
the seats go vacant. To fill these seats there is a need to run a specialised coaching for the
disabled community on courses such as IBPO, Civil Services, Defense Forces and other
competitive Exams. The coaching will be done professionally and focusses on providing them
an opportunity to apply and compete in various government examinations. You maybe aware
that the government of India has certain reservations for PWD to fulfill their vacancies. However
due to lack of proper training these vacancies remain unfilled and the PWD are not able to
compete in these examinations. Such a scenario is valid for other competitive entrance
examinations in Govt services like UPSC , SPC Public sector Banks and other professional
courses . Similarly there is an overwhelming demand for technical courses too like IITs/ NIT s
etc.
Our beneficiaries are eager to avail these courses but need professional guidance and
support.Success in these examinations will open up new avenues for them and more
importantly shall infuse a fresh lease of life in people who had little opportunities until now.

We aim to train around 250 PWD students in a calendar year. The programme is of minimum 05
year duration.

Request ::
We request your organisation to support our NGO by sponsoring the rental charges of our
classroom facility. We will be needing a classroom in Gurgaon which is close to the bus stand/
metro station to ease the accessibility needs of the beneficiaries. The proposal is to obtain on
hire the following for the above purpose for a period of three years. The approximate course
duration for each batch shall be one year.

1.Training Centre- 1 No. (Gurgaon) -- Equipped with essential furniture and Training equipment
2. Maintenance of Training Centre
3. Assistive Devices/ Aids to facilitate the training.

Expected Expenses Per month Rs 1.1 Lakhs (Rupees One Lacs Ten thousand Only) .
Yearly Rental Expenses Rs 13.2 lakhs (Rs. Thirteen Lacs and Twenty Thousand Only)

Total rentals for three years Rs.39.6 Lakhs (Thirty Nine Lacs and Sixty Thousand Only)
