documents. Stress analysis reports should include the followings:

1. Cover sheet

3. Piping Calculation Reports Summary (From CASEAR II)

1) Input file (Check element only)

2) Stress summary (Load Cases : HYD, SUS, EXP and OCC )

3) Restraints summary (Load Cases : HYD, OPE, OPE+OCC, SUS)
4) Displacement (Load Cases : OPE and SUS)
5) Hanger table (if applicable)

4. Nozzle Load Evaluation Sheet (if applicable)

5. Flange Leakage Check Sheet (if applicable)

6. Manufacturer data sheets

1) Expansion Joints (if applicable)
2) Spring hangers(if applicable)
3) Process equipment Vendor Drawing
4) Rotating equipment Vendor Drawing
