ISSUE→Due to the presence of thick jungle during the survey, the embankment quantity could not be ascertained as the
Kondenahalli approach Road runs on tank bund. After the removal of a region of the jungle the required quantity was known.
Due to this embankment qty is raised by 10095cum against 5345.96cum in estimate.
* This road was inspected by SE PRED, Bangalore circle on 4/10/2017 the issue is brought to notice as instructed now it is
proposed in this variation approval.

* NAME OF THE WORK→NH-7 TO Kariganapalya Via Reddygollavarahalli

ISSUE→ Farmers have not allowed us to excavate earthen drain since they have adjoining grape fields which could not be
shifted.
In order to tackle the situation, the road was raised above the adjoining lands .As a result of this variation, embankment qty is
raised by by 4732.0 cum against 2489.64cum in estimate.
* This road was inspected by SE PRED bangalore circle on 21/06/2018 the issue is brought to notice as instructed
now it is proposed in this variation approval.

NAME OF THE WORK→ MG Road To Dinnehosahalli Via Ankanagondi

ISSUE→ The existing farming lands on either sides of the road were higher than the road. In order to increase the height
of the road above the farming land, the variation in embankment qty has occurred by 3534 cum against 0.0 cum in
estimate. *This road was inspected by
SE PRED bangalore circle on12/12/2017 the issue is brought to notice as instructed now it is proposed in this variation
approval.

NAME OF THE WORK→ NH-7 To Arasanahalli

ISSUE→ the excavated soil from earthen drain was not suitable to be used for embankment and farming lands on either
sides of the road were higher than the road , to raise the road from adjoining lands the variation in embankment qty has
occurred by 5540.44 cum against 1941.4cum.

proposed in this variation approval.

NAME OF THE WORK→Kanithahalli PWD Road To Thowdanahalli Kondenahalli

ISSUE→ Approach Road runs on MI tank bund it was proposed in estimate for providing gsb to shoulders ,now it is proposed
for full width of the road. Due to this gsb quantity has increased.

proposed in this variation approval.

NAME OF THE WORK→NH-7 TO Kariganapalya Via Reddygollavarahalli

ISSUE→0.0 to 833 runs in village limit of reddygolavarhalli the available width is 5.0 to 6.0mtrs it is proposed to provide cc
pavement instead of bt pavement.
Due to this there is increase in qty of 860 cum (1071 mtr) as against 475.13 cum(543mtrs) in sanctioned estimate.

NAME OF THE WORK→minkanguki to M Gundlihalli

ISSUE→ Farmers residing in the vicinity requested EE to provide rigid pavement from the start to end of the villages i.e., in
the village limit of Minkangurki and M gundlahalli. As a result, cc road length is increased to 425 mtrs instead of 370mtrs.
Due to this there is an increase in qty of 400.85 cum as against 291.38 cum in sanctioned estimate.

variation approval.

NAME OF THE WORK→D A road to haristhala ,

ISSUE→ Farmers residing in the vicinity requested EE to provide rigid pavement from the start to end of the villages i.e., in
the village limit of Haristhala, Gowdanahalli and Chichkapyalagurki , cc road length is increased to 497 mtrs instead of
403mtrs due to this there is an increase in qty of 553.88 cum as against 352.63 cum in sanctioned estimate.

NAME OF THE WORK→NH 234 TO sadenahalli via shyampura ,

ISSUE→the road in village limit of sadenahalli of length 70 mtrs is elevated, as it is very steep cc road is proposed instead of
bt road due to this there is an increase in qty of 157.5 cum as against 0.0 cum in sanctioned estimte.
