Work Experience:

1. Town of Redcliff - Parks and Recreation Crew – May-August of 2017 and 2018

- Primary responsibilities included mowing, trimming, fixing sprinklers, laying in new


water lines, cleaning, and painting.

- Often worked alone or with one other crew member

- Were given jobs in the morning that were expected done each day

- I trained many other coworkers on how to use equipment

- Supervisor: Mike Melham

2. University of Lethbridge Library – January 2016 to April 2017

- PATSS (Peer Assisted Technology Support Student)

- First contact in library for patrons

- Help students with printing, scanning, microfilm reading, software issues, etc.

- I learned how to use many different machines and software

- Supervisor: Jeremy Pierson

3. Lawn Care –Spring/Summer from 2014-2016

- 2014-2015 with Pepper’s Pro Grass, Medicine Hat

- 2016 Greenleaf Lawnscapes, Lethbridge

- I was the crew leader for both residential and commercial lawn care routes

- As the crew leader I was in charge of:

-making sure lists were up to date and paperwork completed each day
-customer relations on site

-checking each yard after we were finished to ensure quality work

-keeping the crew on task and efficiently working

-cleaning and care of equipment at the end of each day

- Lawn care consisted of mowing, trimming, weeding, aerating, and power raking.

-Supervisors: Pam Pepper – Pepper’s Pro Grass, Cody Nielson – Greenleaf Lawnscapes

4. Riverview Golf Club - Summer 2008 - Winter 2010, Spring/Summer 2013

- Ground Maintenance Crew

- Started at 6:00 A.M. each morning

- Responsibilities included mowing, trimming, and landscaping

- I learned how to work in a precise and efficient manner

5. Respite Work - Spring 2009 - Spring 2011

- Twice a week I worked with a boy who has Asperger’s

- I planned activities for the two of us to do

- I learned a lot of patience and understanding from working with him

-Supervisor over boys aged 11-14

-Organized activities for them each week which included:

-Gardening and yard cleaning at senior or disabled people's homes

-Interest based activities

-Paint night

-Summer Camp

Sunday School Teacher 2014-2017

-Taught Sunday School to various ages and groups including children, youth, young
adults, and adults

-Had to prepare lessons from every week to once a month

Official Representative of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as a missionary in


Italy.

-Served 2 years from March 2011 - March 2013

-Proselyte work

-Teaching English Classes twice a week to people of all ages

-Various service activities

2. Redcliff Youth Center - 2009-2011

-Assist in planning activities for the month.

-Helping with whatever the planned activity is for that day.

-Set up sports games for the youth to play and have fun.

-Member of the board for the Youth Center as the Director of Grants and Bursaries
3. Parkside Junior High School

-The assistant coach of the grade eight and nine boy’s basketball and volleyball teams from
2009-2011

-Coach at an after school volleyball camp in 2007

4. Motivate Canada

-Organizer for the 2010 ACTIVATE National Sports Youth Leadership Conference.

-Mentor to the 2010 delegates, ages 16 to 22

-Representative for Alberta in a national campaign in 2013

- Prize of the Ambassador of Switzerland to Canada for high achievement in French at the
University of Lethbridge 2017

-Volunteer of the Year for the Redcliff Youth Action Society

-Certificate of Appreciation from Motivate Canada for being a volunteer organizer of the
ACTIVATE 2010 National Youth Leadership Conference
