VENTILATOR

Brand Maquet
Type Servo-i Infant
Origin Sweden
Technical Data of Servo- i Infant
1 Applicable to : Infant (Can be upgraded to universal level for all patient categories)
Patient weight : 0.5 - 30 Kg

2 General
Modular and upgradeable system : Interchangeable module with other system
Dimension : User interface : 355 x 53 x 295 mm
: Patient Unit : 300 x 205 x 415 mm
Weight (without stand) : ± 20 kg (without trolley)
Method of triggering : Flow and Pressure (can be upgraded to neural trigger)
Max. Operating Pressure : 115 cmH2O
Bias Flow : Infant : 0.5 l/min
Inlet Gas Pressure : 200-650 kPa/ 2.0 - 6.5 bar/ 29-94 PSI
Unavailable Gas/loss of Gas pressure : The flow from an unavailable gas (air/O2) is automatically compensated for so
that patient gets the preset volume
Power Supply : 100-120 VAC 10 % 50-60Hz or 220 - 240 10% 50-60 Hz
External : 12 - 15 VDC, 10 A
Battery backup : 2 Battery module, up to 6 battery can be included
Battery Capacity : Rechargeable, 12 V, 3.5 Ah each
Battery Backup Time : at least 3 H (when Using 6 Batteries)
Max Power Consumption : 140 W
Operating temperature : +10 to + 40 ºC
Relative humidity : 15 -95 % non-condensing
Atmospheric pressure : 660 to 1060 hPa
Oxygen sensor lifetime : > 5 years
3 General Features - The Suction Support function pauses the ventilator from cycling during a
tracheal suction procedure including configurable pre/post oxygen
concentration.
- User interface can be operated via touch screen or by means of the Main
Rotary Dial. Direct access knobs for vital settings such as PEEP, O2
concentration.
- Left & Right Orientation
- Possibility to save event log, trends, data of screen pictures (bitmap)
- Will automatically prompt a Pre-use check where all important parameters are
calibrated or checked and documented in the memory. Patient circuit can be
tested separately from the Pre-use check.
- In supported modes the termination criteria for the breath is set by the user
(Inspiratory Cycle off), in order to overcome causes of patient – ventilatory
asynchrony

- Cleaning procedure involves only one single interchangeable component.

- The flow sensor is compatible for all categories patient (do not need to be
replaced when changing patient category)
- Ventilator will return automatically to the supported mode, after an apnea
period that has caused the ventilator to start Backup ventilation
- Including Nebulizer
4 User Interface - Can be rotated and tilted for maximum flexibility. Can be removed and
clamped for flexibility in placement e.g. bed, wall mount, IV pole, ceiling supply
unit and a 2.9 m cable including cable management.
- Display 12,1 inch, Color, Touch Screen, high visibility from any position
- Automatic brightness adjusted
