MOTION FOR EXECUTION

Plaintiff, unto this Honorable Court, respectfully alleges that:

1. On 13 April 2018, a judgment was rendered by the Court, the dispositive portion
of which reads:

“Wherefore, considering the desistance of the private complainants and that without
their testimonies the prosecution would no longer be able to prove the guilt beyond
reasonable doubt, these cases are hereby ordered DISMISSED. SO ORDERED.

2. That in consideration of the desistance made, the parties entered into a compromise
agreement of the civil aspect of the criminal cases.
3. The judgment is final and unappealable.
4. The defendant has not complied with the judgment.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed that a Writ of Execution be


issued to implement the settlement of the civil aspect agreed upon by the parties of the said criminal
cases and as recognized by the Court dated 13 April 2018.
