PRODUCTION OF AMMONIUM NITRATE PRILL

Ammonium Nitrate Prill (MNKPrill®) is produced by MNK

The technology was developed by MNK to aid:
- the prevention of prill breakdown by temperature cycling.
- the minimisation of atmospheric moisture absorption.
- increased abrasion resistance.
Several enhancements have been made to this manufacturing process to give MNKPrill® an
extremely tight size distribution.

Assured supply and prompt delivery to customers

MNKPrill® is manufactured at Cikampek in West Java. Local manufacturing plants enable
MNK to provide security of supply through our extensive customer distribution network.

Application
MNKPrill® will enable you to produce low cost ANFO and emulsion agent at higher quality
that applicable for all mining, quarry and construction blasting.

Safe convenient packaging

MNK strives to provide a packaging solution to suit customer requirements. MNKPril® is
available in 1.2 tonne, 1 tonne, and 25 kg bags. Whatever the option, Ammonium Nitrate
Prill® is designed to be safe, convenient and easy to store, transport and handle.
