3. Traffic Diversions – Road Projects - Upper Plaines Wilhems (Vacoas, Phoenix &
Curepipe)

a) Construction of Grade Separated Junctions at Pont Fer/ Dowlut Roundabouts at

Phoenix
Works Phase 1
(i) Along the North bound carriageway along Motorway M1 as from ‘Dowlut’
Roundabout to Pont Fer Roundabout;
(ii) Along the North bound carriageway along Motorway M1 in front of “Les
Halles”; and
(iii)In the central verge of access road at Pont Fer Roundabout from Thursday 23
August 2018 up to Friday 18 January 2019 from 07 00 hrs to 16 30 hrs

b) Sewerage Project at Highlands – Phase 1 Closure of Tout Court Road in the region of
Highlands, Tout Court Road has been closed to traffic from its junction with Mosque Road to
its junction with Bassin Road as from Friday 21 September 2018 and for a period of 8 weeks.
