Subject: Fire Drill Scheduling

Dear fellow teachers,

I am very excited this school year is off to a great start! As a large number of us were
unable to attend today’s weekly meeting and as to avoid any confusion, the important safety drill
information for the upcoming semester is posted below. Only the safety drills along with the
corresponding date and times is currently provided, however, as the dates become closer, more
detailed information regarding what the exact procedures are along with follow up discussion points
will be sent via email. Addition reminders will also be included in future weekly meetings. Please
respond with any questions or concerns.

Safety Drill Date Time

Fire 9/12/18 10:35am (period 3)

Lock-Out 9/26/18 1:05pm (period 4)

Lock-Down 1 (during class) 10/11/18 9:05am (period 1)

Lock-Down 2 ( during passing period) 11/15/18 12:05 (Lunch)
