1.0 PURPOSE:

6.0 TEST SPECIMEN TOLERANCE:
The test specimen prepared from the pipe or plate shall be as per specification A

9.0 METHOD:
9.1 The preparation of test specimen shall be as per applicable specification.

12.0 RE-TEST CRITERIA:
As per API 5L (Latest Edition) / Customer specification/ QAP.

13.0 INVALIDATION OF TESTS:


Specimen showing material defects or defective preparation, whether observed
specimens.
14.0 RECORDS:
Test results shall be recorded in Report No: WGSRL/LS/QA/16.
15.0 REFERENCE:
