Provide dedicated IT consulting services to achieve short-term project goals. Services include network and system
administration, hardware installation and support, user security training, peer mentoring, project management. Client
projects have included opening of new hotel at Texas A&M, IT Manager training, and coverage during absence.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist IT Project Manager to ensure delivery, installation, and configuration of hardware to include network
devices, servers, peripherals and workstations. Maintain inventory controls throughout project.
• Work with external partners and vendors to coordinate scheduled services and training with local staff. Facilitate
partner effort by ensuring dependent systems configured and operational by deadlines.
• Setup of initial Windows administrative environment, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and print server.
Assisted in creation of O365 user accounts and desktop email client configuration.
• Provide coverage during extended employee absence, acting as site IT Manager. Requires ability to adapt to new

IT Manager for two hotels supporting 80 staff and 18 servers. Split role to support existing hotel and assist in setup
and grand-opening of new luxury hotel, including coordinating all vendor activities and hardware setup/config.
Key Accomplishments:
• Successfully launched all IT systems prior to new luxury hotel grand-opening. Continued to provide outstanding
support and system uptime, aiding in hotel winning Southern Living’s Best Hotel of 2018.
• Maintained $120,000 annual budget and provided guidance for future CAPEX budget needs on large projects.
Reduced annual costs by over $10,000 through consolidation of resources and audit of existing contracts.
• Led over 70 IT projects across all phases of development; largest project was total wireless infrastructure

• Launched effort to transition hardware to virtual machine environment after assessment of existing equipment at
