We went to
mcdonald’s and interviewed the manager. The manager that we interviewed is Ms. Faye.
She is currently employed as a manager of mcdonald’s Magsaysay. We asked her the
following questions:
1. How do they implement the required food safety standards?
And these are her answer: “we implement the required food safety standards by
informing to the workers the proper food safety standards and by maintaining
potentially hazardous food. Also by protecting food from contamination. The health
and hygiene requirements.”
2. What is the role of these individuals in in promoting the HAZARD ANAYSIS CONTROL
POINT(HACCP) in food production?
B. Workers: “the workers obediently follows and implements the food sanitation
and safety standards everyone as said by the managers.”
“Everyone has an important role that leads to this establishment’s success.”
And her answer was this “all the principles of HACCP are being followed by this
establishment to ensure a safe procedure in food production”
To conclude, HACCP is very important in putting up a business and food safety standards
should be the first consideration before putting up a business. The success in food service
organization lies on the proper implementation of standards to maintain cleanliness and
safety of the entire operation.
