GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND CLEANLINESS CHECKLIST

Ceiling and lighting Check if all bulbs are functioning.


Music system Check if the proper music is playing at the specific
area and make sure that its not too loud.
Towels Replenished and folded as standard.
Cold towels Replenished and folded as standard.
Robes Replenished and folded as standard.
Slippers Do daily inventory.
Lockers Make sure that all lockers are in standard set-up. All
keys are present at the reception area.
Brushes and comb Clean and without hair.
Tissue Replenished and folded as standard.
Soap Replenished and folded as standard.
Plunge Pools Check the temperatures. Female the plunge pool
temperature standards are 40˚C - 30˚C - 20˚C. Male
jacuzzi is 40˚C and plunge pool 20˚C.

Water is clean and clear.


For female - make sure there is flower petals at the
middle plunge pool. Check if the petals are fresh.
Steam and Sauna Check the temperatures. It must be in the standard
temperature at 75˚C - 80˚C
Check if glass doors are wiped clean.
Chairs Check if clean and arrange properly.
Blinds Must be free from dust.
Showers Check if taps and shower heads are cleaned and in
working condition.
Amenities Check if it is well set-up and have enough stock.
Bath mats Check if its clean.

TREATMENT ROOMS

General area Check if the sink, floors, windows and light fittings
are clean.
Treatment Rooms Check if its clean and in standard set-up.
Ceiling and lighting Check if bulbs are functioning.
Music system Check if the proper music is playing at the specific
area and make sure that its not too loud.
Flowers Check if the flowers are fresh.
Towels Replenished and folded as standard.
Rubbish Bins Check if its cleared.
Air Conditioning Must be at the standard temperature; 25˚C - 27˚C
Blinds Must be free from dust.
Tissue Replenished and folded as standard.
Soap Replenished and folded as standard.

Signboard Check if its wiped clean and clearly visible.
Drainage Check if its clean and make sure that there is no
weeds in and around.
Tennis net Check if its in correct height.
Floodlights Check if bulbs are working. Switches clearly
labeled.
Playing surface (Artificial Check if clean, no algae and weeds. Must have
