FOUNDER BANK TRANSFER DAY MOVEMENT

Bank Transfer Day advocates that Americans exercise consumer rights by independently shifting their banking business to not-
for-profit credit unions. The movement was created and organized entirely via social media. Within two weeks, the original
Facebook event had more than 85,000 “Attending” RSVPs, 60,000 “likes” on the official Facebook page and 3,000 Twitter
followers. To date, American Banker has credited Bank Transfer Day with influencing a shift of 6 million consumers.

INFORMATION SERVICES SUPPORT ANALYST TRI-COUNTIES REGIONAL CENTER

Tri-Counties Regional Center is a $200mil non-profit providing supports and services to people with developmental
disabilities in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. From the Santa Maria office, we served more than
1,500 people with developmental disabilities.

I assisted a team of 10 Service Coordinators who provide the daily hands on support for 900+ people. I enabled the team to
perform at their highest efficiency by providing support for everything from filing and organizational assistance to computer
support and cell phone integration. My role also entailed assisting the on-staff psychologist by scheduling and organizing
visiting patients.
