AB Muffin Mix Vanilla : 1000g
Eggs : 370g
Water : 280g
Veg. Oil : 370g
Process
Add all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix at low speed using whisk for 1 min.
Scrape and mix at medium speed for 3 min.
Pour into muffin tins or cups and bake at 210ºC for 18-20 minutes.
