Greetings from BAJA SAEINDIA 2019 – HR Team!!!

Like every year, we have started the process of data collection from teams and guidelines for the same have been shared
for better clarity. Teams are advised to read the guidelines before filling up the HR details in the form.

TEAM DATA COLLECTION

1. All the teams have been mailed their respective Team Details form and the guidelines below will help you
understand how to fill the form.
2. Ensure you fill the form accurately because it will be used as a reference for further processes of Team
registration, HR data and other events of BAJA SAEINDIA 2019.
3. All the data submitted by the teams through the form will be final and cannot be modified once the due date of
submission is over.
4. The online form has to be filled using a stable internet connection, and submission will only be accepted online
through the form.
5. In case the team faces any issues, they are requested to raise a query in BAJA Forum for resolution. Do not
assume anything.
6. Also teams can contact their Alumni for any informal help, or support to understand the process.

HR MEET / BAT Shortlist

1. The data collected will be used to shortlist and publish the final list of selected candidate for BAJA APTITUDE TEST
to be held on
 Pithampur event 23rd Jan’2019.
 IIT Ropar event 7th Mar’2019.
2. BAT Selection criteria and other details will be released along with the shortlisting announcements. Hence teams
are requested not to raise any query asking for Cut off marks / percentages.
3. Email ID and Contact No. provided by team will be used for any future communications.
Hence all the team members are requested to fill the form with utmost accuracy and care.
4. Any submission received after the Due Date of submission will be rejected and the team will not be considered
for BAT or HR Meet at the main event.

Documents to be carried by SELECTED / SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES FOR BAT 2019:

1. Updated CV– 4copies

2. Passport sized photographs– 4copies.
3. Original copies/duly self-attested Xerox copies of their mark sheets- 2sets
4. SAEINDIA Membership Card & College identity card – MANDATORY
5. Note: If College ID is lost or not available during the event, a letter from the College stating the proof that the
participant is a part of the institution.
6. If SAE Membership card is lost or not available during the event, duplicate ID has to be requested from
SAEINDIA Chennai Office and produced by the member during the Main event.

BAT Shortlisting will be done as per the data received from teams.
No additions/corrections will be entertained.

HR Data Form Filling Guidelines
Data filling process:

1. Each Team will receive their unique form link at their Team Email Address only.
E.g.: Form Link https://1drv.ms/x/abcedfghifjk
2. Teams are requested to access the form sing the link and edit the form online.
3. Once you open the link to your form, Read the instructions and click on “Edit Online”

4. The editing window will appear and you can enter the details of each team member on the form.
5. zDo not download / edit the layout of the form. All the data needs to be filled accurately and carefully to avoid
any mistakes.

6. After filling the form, team can click on Submit Form, and submit their data using their Team ID and Submit Code
(Submit Code will be sent to the respective Team Email ID).

Once the team has filled the complete form, they are requested to verify the data before
submission. If the data is verified and accurately filled, teams can click on the “SUBMIT
DATA” Link and enter their Team ID and Submit Code to submit their form.
Submit Code will be sent to the Team Email ID and should not be shared with outside of
the team. Click on Submit in the next screen to submit your data to BAJA SAEINDIA.

 Once submission is done, team will not be able to edit any data.
 If team is not able to submit the form within the deadline, their data will not be
collected and will not be included in the BAT Shortlisting process or HR Meet.
