1. Is production within their control?

As shown in the figure above, it shows the Upper Control Limit, Mean and

the Lower Control Limit of KYM Mills on their garments. The lower control limit

and upper control limit is the basis if the company can control their production

process or not. In KJM Mills, the lower control limit is 1.9896, it indicates that if

the production reach above its lower control limit not to exceed 23.3438 upper

control limit the production of garments is in control.

Based on the figure above, the sample and number of defects is in control

because the production control limit using 15 sample lies within the control limit

levels. Thus, KYM Mills 3-week period is in control.
