Professional Development Plan for Teachers

Rationale/Reflection of previous practice: During last semester, my MST commented on my
teaching. She asked me to work on different areas. The first area to develop is behavior
management because the number of the boys in my class was greater than the girls and I was
facing some behavioral problem. The second area of development is tidy up and I have to teach the
students how to tidy up after they finish the activity, the third area of development is closing the
lesson I didn’t follow the correct way to close the lesson and finally, time management. In this
semester I will make sure to develop all of these area that I have to improve.

1. Behavior management -Be more in command, more Five senses lesson plan – 7\11\2018

work that has been done.
