    My MST didn’t have any recommendation on my personality, so I put some PDPs(Professional

    Development Plan) for myself from my previous practicum:

    Goal

    Be friendly and helpful with the MST and make a good relationship with her.

    Action Points - Help her to prepare the activities.


    - Scaffold children learning while she is busy with the literacy group.
    - Have a simple conversation and discuss my experience with her.
    - Get her a simple gift.

    Goal
    Be softer with the students.

    Action Points - Helping them with the activities they found difficulties while doing
    (I sat with Naama that she didn’t respect me and love me at the first week, and I helped her
    while doing the nummicons activity, and after that day she respected me and hugged me every
    day).

    - Have conversations with them and play with them.


    - Be kind while teaching.
