    Leaders of Tomorrow

    Bridging Pre-Service to Career


    #MichLoT

    Why?
    To develop leaders in K-12 mathematics education so that they are successful early in
    their career and are prepared to lead when the opportunity presents itself.

    What?
    Leaders of Tomorrow - A network of preservice teachers who continue to grow in
    mathematics content knowledge, leadership skills, and pedagogy.

    How?
    In the last year of a pre-service teachers college experience, we will meet once per
    month to build relationships, problem solve, and develop our collaborative mindset.
    These newly developed relationships will carry over into career through intentional
    support from the Kent ISD Mathematics Team. Through this support, many
    opportunities will present themselves ensuring that the teacher will be able to continue
    to grow as they enter the workforce.
