R/: The patient has headache, upset stomach and diarrhoea.

R/: These questions are: Are you drinking plenty of bottle water? Have you
taken anything for the headache? Can I see the packet? Did you bring
anything wih you from home? Do you feel tired?

R/: The symptoms are: headache, terrible thirsty and very tired.

R/: Indigestion tablets and paracetamols.

pharmacist prescribe and how often?
R/: The patient has diarrhoea, the pharmacist prescribe DIA-STOP. She will
take one in the morning, one at noon and one at night for three days.
