THIS LOAN AGREEMENT (this "AGREEMENT") is made this day

of TWO THOUSAND AND NINE.

BETWEEN

(1) , holder of HKID card no. of

Hong Kong. (hereinafter known as "PARTY A"),

(2) First Credit Limited, of

Hong Kong. (hereinafter known as "PARTY B")

WHEREAS

PARTY A was injured in the course of work or in traffic accidents.

PARTY B is willing to give a loan to PARTY A for the purpose of assisting

PARTY A in claiming compensation or damages as a result of industrial injury/
traffic accident.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT in consideration of the premises as aforesaid and

upon the terms, conditions and covenants hereinafter appearing
WITNESSETH as follows:

1. PARTY A shall pay PARTY B a sum in the amount of no more than 30% of
the damages received as loan interest.
2. PARTY A shall repay the amount of loan including interest to PARTY B
within 7 days from the day when the amount of damages or compensation
is received by PARTY B after court judgment or settlement.
3. PARTY B shall assist PARTY A in instructing legal representation.
4. PARTY A shall be solely responsible for the legal costs incurred.
5. PARTY A shall procure to let PARTY B have access to all relevant
documents.
6. PARTY A is obliged to attend medical check-ups or body check conducted
by medical experts assigned by the instructing lawyers.
7. Both Parties shall notify each other in writing when there is a change of
contact address.

8. If the information supplied by PARTY A is incorrect or misleading, PARTY
B shall have the right to terminate this AGREEMENT without the consent
of PARTY A
9. If PARTY A becomes bankrupt before and in the course of the claim
proceedings, this AGREEMENT shall be automatically terminated and
void immediately.
10. Should PARTY A unilaterally terminate this AGREEMENT before the
receipt of the compensation or damages, PARTY A shall be responsible
for all the relevant legal costs incurred and other expenses already paid
by PARTY B together with the loan and its interests.
11. This AGREEMENT shall be construed under, and governed by, the laws
of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

IN WITNESS whereof the parties hereto have hereinto duly executed this
