Key Responsibilities:
Correspondence with Ministry of Water and Power, Government of Pakistan.
Timely Submission of cases put up by Office Assistants strictly as per SOP
Management of Policy files, including issuance of necessary amendments in policy matters
with the approval of competent authorities.
HR&Admn policy assistance and clarification to all the formations
Recruitment of BPS-1 to BPS-4 employees and Stenographers G-I and G-II for common
services wing on Contract/Daily wages bases.
HR Planning mainly:
Retirements/Promotions/Transfers/Postings/Regularizations/Deputation of BPS-1 to BPS-
4 employees and Stenographers G-I and G-II borne on the strength of HR&Admn
Performance Appraisal and Declaration of Assets Dossiers of BPS-5 to BPS-15 employees
Managing Disciplinary/Court cases and Inquiries of above mentioned employees
Preparation and revision of HR Budget of Common Wing on bi-annual bases
Compensation and Benefits administration of officers and officials borne on the strength of
HR&Admn.
Coordinating with Examination and Training Directorate for Trainings and Departmental
Promotion Exams of Stenographers.
Vetting and verification of HRIS reports.
