Strengths of the lesson:

 Khlood begins with a big smile and a very positive attitude 

 Khlood presents the lesson content and justify to student the reason of reviewing
this lesson, as the students have exam this Wednesday. Well-done Khlood
 Khlood displays a formula on the white board and ask one of the students to
come and make equal group, then she asks another student to do the addition.
 Then she reviews the array topic.
 After that, Khlood gives a worksheet of formula and asks the learners to work in
peers.
 Then, Khlood asks the learners to solve the problem on the board.
 Khlood is always making eye contact with her students, watching the students’
behavior and make sure they listen the lesson.
 Khlood walks around each table to make sure the learners are working.
 She continuously encourages the students to participate and work collaboratively
in group.
 Khlood keeps the learners working and engaged during the class time, the
students are motivated and interacting with Khlood.
 Khlood has many worksheets that she has prepared for lesson, some of the
worksheets for students to work in peers and other worksheet for students to
work individually this great method to allow the learners interact with the
different types of activities and by the end of the lesson to evaluate student’s
understanding.
Areas for development:
Khlood must set a long term goal of developing her English language skills. Luckily,
Khlood is already very fluent and very comfortable communicating with her students and
her colleagues in English. Now, she must focus on making less grammatical errors when
she speaks.

Maybe next time you can set a timer for the activity, so the students can stop when you
ask them.

Khoold you need to raise your voice, I couldn’t hear you well.

Final comment:
Overall, Khlood is comfortable in her role as a teacher. The timing of each activity was
given suitable and lesson objective met during the class period.

It was a real pleasure seeing you in class today 
