Case Study

Issue reported - ATM not coming in service

Issue found during troubleshooting - ATM sending request with multiple port number to switch other
than require port number

Issue Resolved By - Tatanet - Modem Rebooted

Technical details and resolution-

1. Vsat Configuration and routing to be checked.

2. Vsat and Modem to be reconfigured.

3. Modem to be rebooted.

Note - In case of frequent issue, Modem to be replaced.
