    vehicle is safe for staff and clients.

    *Any damage/problems identified before or during the trip to be noted


    in the Vehicle Damage Log and reported to Lifestyles Coordinator at
    ONCALL office 9896 2468 during business hours 9-5 M-F.

    Vehicle Log Book to be endorsed and initialled that checklist


    inspection has been carried out on each trip.

    Never leave the vehicle with less than ¼ tank fuel.
