Dexter, Grass Lake, Manchester and Stockbridge.

Conducted the Nutrition Environment Assessment Tool (NEAT) and the Promoting Active Communities
(PAC) surveys, which included onsite data collection in each community to assess nutritional environment.
• Collected data for the NEAT in all 5 communities via surveys, site visits, and interviews
• Calculated and analyzed scores, and presented findings to the coalition in each community
• Inputted and calculated scores for the PAC in all 5 communities collected from city officials
• Wrote articles for the Foundation Connected magazine regarding the health benefits of herbs and
spices, and healthy recipes

A wellness center, with over 3,000 members, that focuses on mind and body wellness. The Center is part of
an innovative project promoting fitness and health in five towns in Michigan.
