PARTI IMAGE

Customers of *** may

bring their business
clients to lunch. When I
think of business
meetings I think of
skyscrapers.

PARTI IMAGE

Coca- Cola is iconic. The shape of their bottle

is very easy to think “coke bottle” however, it
has many shapes within it. I thought I may be
able to dissect it into other shapes, however I
decided to go a different direction.

PARTI IMAGE

Phones represent
communication and since
meals often create a time
and a place for
communication I found it
fitting.

12
FINAL PARTI DIAGRAM

When I think of
communication one thing
I think of is a phone; and
sometimes I still think
back to the old rotary
dial phones. The phone
inspired me to create
this table that is meant
to spur communication
between friends,
coworkers, associates,
etc. It can also be a great
conversation starter as it
can be featured in the
history section of ***’s
literature that will be on
the entry table.

PRECEDENT
IMAGE
This images shows how
dark walls can be done in
a color rather than a
grey. While most finishes
(other than furniture)
will be grey, there may be
some opportunities to
incorporate color while
keeping it dark

This image shows a
similar concept of the 6-
seater table I envision

15
PRECEDENT
IMAGE
This images shows how I
want to use dark walls
and other finishes but
keep the furniture light.
This places an emphasis
on the furniture an in
turn the customers.

16
PRECEDENT
IMAGE
I chose this image as my
final precedent image
because it most
accurately sums up my
design concept. Many
finishes are dark
however there are also
light finishes and glass to
break up the space. It is
sophisticated and
welcoming.

17
DESIGN CONCEPT

My design concept involves mostly dark finishes for

everything except the main furniture for the guests. This
will place an emphasis on the guests and their (possible)
meetings with friends and/ or clients. This also creates
clear and direct paths of travel. I want the space to feel
sophisticated and warm.
