We also offer high quality carbon aramid impact attenuator on demand. By default we use
aluminum impact attenuator which fits perfectly as the minimum viable solution for safety.

**On demand we may also offer Full Throttle Auto Upshifts, cruise control to ensure paddle
shifters for effortless shifting.

Our Business Model


Our manufacturing cost of single unit is $15,000 and we will sell the car at the profit of $5000.
So the selling cost of single unit for our cost comes out to be $20,000. We are keeping the
selling price high to ensure the best quality and good services of our product. We have the
capacity to manufacture 1000 cars a year. Following is our business model:

For 1000 cars a year,

Total Revenues per year= 1,000 * ($ 20,000) = $20,000,000 = $ 20 million

a) Quality Assurance

Our first and foremost strategy will be to manufacture a balanced car that fits perfectly as the
price/performance optimized model. We want to serve our target customers as better as we
can by keeping up the standards and ensuring quality manufacturing.

b) Price/performance Optimization

We have prepared a design that is optimized with respect to performance as well as price
parameters. Our business model ensures the most optimized point for profitability and at the
same time keeps its performance parameters on the top.

c) Risk Assessment and Management


Our sales engineers will do the risk analyses and our venture partners will also know them. The
best way to manage risk is to do public surveys to know about the product demand and thus
regulate its supply. The second way is to employ “market-product fit” techniques before
