Sidelying Spinal Rotation Mobilization

Instructions:

1. Start by laying on your side with your head/neck supported, and


your hips and knees at approximately 90 degrees.

2. Place your hand on your forehead.

3. Take a breath, and as you exhale, turn your upper body as far as
you can comfortably go without your top knee lifting from the
bottom one.

4. Hold for the desired amount of time, then return back to the
starting position.

5. Repeat.
