Foam Roll Thoracic

Instructions:

1. Lay on your back with the foam roller positioned just under the
bottom of your shoulder blades.

2. Place your hands behind your head (do not pull on your head/neck)
and bring your elbows toward each other.

3. Perform a slight posterior pelvic tilt to avoid overextending the


lower back.

4. Take a breath, then exhale as you lower your upper body back over
the roll. Hold for the desired amount of time, then return to the
start.

5. Avoid rolling on the lumbar (lower back) section of the spine.
