SUBJECT : NATIONAL AUXILIARY CHAPLAINCY PHILIPPINES INC.

(NACPHIL) GENERAL ORIENTATION SEMINAR ON MORAL
RECOVERY PROGRAM AND VALUES FORMATION

The National Auxiliary Chaplaincy Philippines Inc. entered into a Memorandum of

Agreement with this Department relative to the conduct of values formation, good governance and
good citizenship program in provinces, cities, municipalities and barangays nationwide. The seminar
series will be conducted by NACPHIL from April to December, 2011.

As represented, the program aims to orient and familiarize the participants with basic
knowledge about Barangay Chaplaincy and the significance of the Moral Recovery and Values
Formation Movement and Programs.

In this connection, local chief executives are enjoined to send their Moral Recovery Officer,
or any representative from the LGU, to attend the said training.

The NACPHIL shall submit to, through the Director of the Bureau of the Local
Government Supervision, the Secretary of the Interior and Local Government, an After-Activity
Report within fifteen (15) days after the conduct of the said activity.

All DILG Regional Directors are directed to cause the immediate dissemination of this
issuance within their respective areas of assignments.
