    • Open-Mindedness- I keep an open mind for all discussions and try to understand the
    point of view they are trying to explain.
    • Listening- Listening to the other view is very important when communicating with others.

    Leadership Skills
    • Positivity- Help others and never make negative comments.
    • Communication- In order to be a good leader, one must communicate effectivley and
    listen to what others have to say.

    Research Skills
    • Go beyond the surface- Sometimes the best answer isn’t the first link to pop up,
    sometimes reseach requires a deaper search.
    • Patients- This goes hand with hand with go beyond the surface. In order to find the right
    information, reading a lot might happen even when trying to find a simple answer.
    Patients is required in order to find the best information.
