standards for the 91B POI AIT field training exercise (FTX) site 3, deemed the installation's best kept tactical
training forward operations base (FOB) and noted as the quintessential Chief Instructor/Writer. Supervised
the design, re-write of new lesson plans, and test construction and implementation. Developed, constructed,
and performed an informative maintenance posture briefing for VIP's, Senior Military, Civilian staff and
faculty visits and instituted by the Battalion Commander and WVMS Director as the organizations readiness
reporting standard. Demonstrated the unique ability to manage Soldiers' tactical training requirements,
ensuring all POI actions completed with the highest degree of proficiency.
 Exceptionally implemented the new 10.0 Program of Instruction (POI) for the 91B series AIT
Soldiers field training exercise by incorporated maintenance tasks form nine other Modules and the
32 Warrior Task and Battle Drills.
 Trained and certified nineteen AIT Platoon Sergeant on Module 10 of the Program of Instruction
