Earthquake and fire drills and exercises are an extremely important part of your

preparedness plan because they 1) teach students, staff and parents how to respond to the
complications of an actual earthquake, and 2) help you evaluate how well all parts of your
emergency plan work together, and how well your staff and students.

To our school principal Mrs. Myrna S. Delaluz, faculty and staff, Earthquake and Fire Drill Team,
students. Good morning and welcome to Earthquake and Fire Drill 2018.

To start with, may we request everyone to please stand for a prayer via multimedia
presentation.

Please be seated.

Rationale:

The Philippines frequently experiences seismic and volcanic tremors because it lies along
the Pacific Ring of Fire, which is an area in the basin of the Pacific Ocean where a large
number of earthquakes occur. In recent months, for example, a number of earthquakes
shook parts of the country. While there were no reported major damage or loss of life,
these incidents could indicate that the big one is probably coming, as the major
Philippine fault lines have been disturbed.
With respect to Fire drills are an important part of your fire safety procedures for many reasons. Not
only do they ensure that all staff, customers and visitors to your premises understand what they
need to do if there is a fire, but they also help you to test how effective your fire evacuation plan is
and to improve certain aspects of your fire provisions.

To help us further understand the significant concepts and applications of earthquake and fire drill in

“Knowledge gives you the power to make positive decisions for yourself and to
help others when they do not know what to do”

To our school Principal Mrs. Myrna S. Delaluz, faculty and staff, distinguished
resource speakers, students. Good morning and welcome to Drug and Human
Trafficking Symposium 2018.

To start with, may we request everyone to please stand for a prayer and to be
followed by Philippine National Anthem via multimedia presentation.

Please be seated.

Rationale:

Research says that some people think using drugs can be fun, but it can bring more
than its fair share of problems. Drugs can cause problems to your parents, your
friends, your teachers, your health and your community.

In relation to human trafficking, there are 4.5 million people trapped in forced
sexual exploitation globally estimates International Labor Organization. With
regard to these global issues, we have to be aware of them and be able to fight,
advocate and share our positive cause.

To help us further understand the significant concepts of drug abuse/drug

prevention together with human trafficking. Ladies and Gentlemen. Please help me
welcome our distinguished resource speakers today.
