Senior Executive Career Transition

Your Senior Executive Career Transition Services combine one-on-one coaching/consulting from a highly qualified peer-lev-
el consultant with outstanding training and technology, a 25-year network of industry contacts, and executive support ser-
vices to assist you during your transition. Whether you are considering re-employment, self-employment/entrepreneurial
ventures, consulting or retirement, our goal is to help you identify and take your next career step with speed, confidence,
and a sense of control.
Our Approach
Your Senior Executive Career Transition Services are tailored to your situation. You won’t be spending your time in a
classroom. You will work one-on-one with your senior consultant to personalize your approach. Based on your personal and
professional goals, you will typically follow one of three paths:

foundation to your search process.
• Self-employment, entrepreneurial ventures, or franchising – If it is time for you to build your own future, we can
guide you through the planning and start-up phases.
• Retirement – If you are considering retirement, but want to ensure it is a meaningful and fulfilling process, our pro-
prietary New Horizons program can provide direction to your future.
Regardless of the path you follow, you will develop a better understanding of the transition process and how best to

What’s Next
When you hear you will be in a career transition, your natural reactions can include a wide range of feelings and emotions.
These emotions are normal.
• Take time to plan your strategy. Think about your public statement and how you want to position yourself for your next
role.
• Do not overreact. While this may not be the time to buy a new boat, it is also not the time to ration toothpaste, cancel
cable, or pull your child out of day care.
• Avoid rushing out and telling everyone you need a job. Don’t update your social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook).
Wait until you are prepared and clear in your objectives, messages, and how others can help.
• Find balance between job search and other activities. You’ll be more efficient at both.
5
Re-Employment
If re-employment is your goal, you’ll benefit from our proven methodology as you create your search strategy, and devel-
op and implement a targeted action plan. In collaboration with your dedicated transition team, our contemporary model
ensures you are prepared and positioning yourself effectively in the marketplace for whatever career goals you have.

dron CPI that offers you a comprehensive and unique methodology to map out the next stage of your life. Whether ending
your traditional working life now or establishing a plan years in advance, you will work through a defined and complete
planning process to achieve your goals.
The New HorizonsTM program begins with the LifeOptions assessment to help you create a comprehensive and holistic
