Statement of Work for Information Management Division

1.0 Background
The Information Management Division is required to destroy large amounts of classified
and sensitive information. This process must be completed at a facility approved by the
Physical Security Unit.

2.0 Scope
The Purchase Order with the contractor will provide an approved location and labor to
accomplish the process of destroying classified and sensitive information with an
estimated weight of 53 tons.

3.0 Objectives
The use of the contractor’s facilities will ensure the proper disposal of classified and
sensitive information.

4.0 Tasks
The Contractor will provide the following:

Facility capable of incinerating classified and sensitive information.

Labor to unload and transport the classified and sensitive information under FBI
personnel’s supervision.

5.0 Delivery
The contractor must be able to destroy classified and sensitive information via
incineration during Fiscal Year 2019 (FY19). The contractor must provide at least two
individuals, one to unload the information and one to place the information in the hopper
for the incinerator. The contractor must provide invoices through the Central Invoices
email for payment.

6.0 Government-Furnished Property

7.0 Security Requirements

The contractor must allow access to Top Secret Cleared FBI personnel for supervision
of the disposal of classified and sensitive information. One Top Secret Cleared FBI
personnel located at the unloading site and the other at the hopper to the incinerator.

8.0 Place of Performance

The place of performance will be the contractors incinerating facilities. At this time, there
is only two approved facilities. The locations are 9898 Lorton Road, Lorton VA 22079
and 5301 Eisenhower Ave., Alexandria VA 22304

9.0 Period of Performance

The period of performance for this PO will be from 11/28/2018 – 11/29/2019.

10.0 Travel
No travel will be required for this PO
