    CONCEPT STATEMENT:
    To update a new space layout and theme for the Stevens Point Visitor Center.
    In addition, to create a new lobby space for out of town clientele. Focusing on
    having a neutral color scheme and having interactive kiosks and screens. The
    materials chosen are neutral to incorporate the “sophisticated” part being
    represented by the paint colors, countertops, and tile selections and the
    “comfortable” part being represented by the fabric selections.
