We are writing this letter in behalf of our client ERLINDA B. CUARESMA

regarding her application for titling of Lot No. 27, Ccs-101308-000457 ident. to Lot No.
7764, Pls 112 located at Poblacion Kibawe, Kibawe, Bukidnon.

Per Order of your Honorable Office dated December 10, 2018, the Protest filed
by Fares Amor B. Cuaresma regarding the above-mentioned parcel of land was
dismissed.

Considering that the said Protest was already dismissed, although without
prejudice to its refiling, the application for titling for titling should be given due course
and must continue as a matter of procedure.

IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING, the undersigned counsel requests and prays

that the application for titling of MRS. ERLINDA B. CUARESMA, be given due course
consistent with the pertinent rules and regulations, and a title be issued in her favor.
